Can you recommend the best way to learn the functions and features of
Entourage for the Mac. I have both Office 2004 and Office 2008 and not sure
which one to start with.
Thanks,

Thanks,
if you need to make use of VBA macros in word or excel then stick to the
2004 version - they have been removed from 2008 (although they will be
making a comeback in the next major version upgrade).

Otherwise, install 2008 and start playing with it! there is no better
way to learn what the programmes do.

Even though you can open both versions at the same time, you don't want to
use both. The databases don't sync and you could end up with a lot of
confusion.

Entourage 2008 is more stable than Entourage 2004 so I would use it. Don't
delete the actual Entourage 2004 application especially if you continue to
use Office 2004 applications. Updating could be compromised.

To get started with Entourage, see this section:

I also advise looking over the most asked questions. It's like Entourage
101.
