Hi,

I'm a keyboard shortcut junkie, and I'm used to using option and delete (or command and delete) to delete the previous word.

Why is it that Entourage doesn't seem to have that ability. As a workaround, I have to use Command, Shift, Left Arrow and then delete the word.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Scott

Entourage 2004 has a General preference to use Office keyboard shortcuts for
editing text. Select Entourage > Preferences and choose the General
preference. See if Entourage 2008 has the same preference. If so, try
selecting it (or deselecting it if it's selected) to see if that makes
Entourage work the way you want.

Thanks for the reply Ed,

I tried that and it didn't seem to matter, I even restarted Entourage just in case and still nothing.

Thanks again,

Scott
